Notification about the Soccer Field

I just received official notification that the pending Soccer Field installation has been canceled and will NOT be put in at Harry Stone Park at any time in the future. The NE District Manager told me that since this will free up additional funds not being used for anything else right now, there will now be enough money to begin work this year toward installing the long awaited and BADLY needed walking trail. This trail will be approximately 8 feet wide and will surround the entire park.
