Association is a group of homeowners that covers North of NE 99th Street to Salmon Creek and West of Interstate 5.
This association is a non-funded organization and does not require members to pay dues of any sort. New Members are requested to register online at http://vcc.neighborhoodlink.com (or) simply call (360) 936-9576 to register directly.
As a registered member you will be kept up to date on neighborhood and local area issues.
This association is only as strong as you wish it to be. The more members we have providing their viewpoints on issues, will ensure our neighborhood and families are well taken care of.

1)Want to improve the neighborhood
2)Will remove junk, debris,garbage & eyesore materials from view of the street
3)Will Keep autos in driveway or garage not on city streets
4)Keep noise levels low
5)Maintain their yards
6)Help other neighbors when possible
7)Watch out for other neighbors property
8)Report suspicious people or events
9)Let other neighbors know issues instead of avoiding them
10)Won?’t let other neighbors deteriorate our community
11)Renters should cooperate with each neighbor and remember their neighbors families and property values are affected by how the renter maintains the home and cooperates
12)Participates in neighborhood projects if possible
13)Participates in making changes to the neighborhood Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions as well as helping to enforce these CC&R?’s

NOTE: Copies of CC&R?’s will be sent out soon to each homeowner with suggested changes. Reply to these mailouts are crucial in order to build an adequate set of regulations that can be fully understood and enforced when needed
