How come the Edgewater Towers HOA operates control over heat and air conditioning as if this were a slum tenement? During fall and winter months owners and renters alike develop respiratory infections because evening and early morning hours in our units are unhealthily cold? With HOA fees at $879.00 per month and $300.00 monthly assessment fees over the past year for elevator upgrades, why are we living like this? I request, along with other family members, that the HOA turn on the heat at least from 5am to 8am immediately or face legal reprecussions health code violations, violations to our rights as members of the HOA community and for child endangerment.
