From the Welcome Committee

We would like to take the time to welcome all of our new neighbors. The welcome committee has dropped off baskets to all of our newest members of the Heights. Please take a few minutes to get out and meet your new neighbors.

Reminders

To keep our neighborhood beautiful we must continue to put forth effort and maintain our current standards. These standards are somewhat spelled out in our covenants. There are several things that require work.

1. Keeping up properties.
a. All yards must be maintained with grass or landscaping in a neat and well mown condition, free of weeds and overgrowth.(5.20 Landscaping)
b. Lawns must be maintained and fences must be repaired and maintained?…. (5.19 Lot Maintenance)
c. Maintain exterior of home to include painting of trim and siding. This maintenance will protect against rot and future problems.

2. Parking
a. Off-street parking shall be provided by Owner ?…for all vehicles in a location screened from view?… On street parking, except by visitors, is prohibited. (5.23 Parking also see 5.22 Vehicles)

3. Traffic
a. Please observe the 20 mph speed limit at all times.
b. Enter/Exit only through appropriate gates.

4. Sidewalks
a. ?…Owner shall execute ?… to grant an easement to the public for the use of the sidewalks. (5.9 Driveways and Sidewalks) (Don?’t block the sidewalks)
