Run for the Board of Directors!

We will be voting soon to elect five board members - and one of them could be you!

Bring your business savvy to the table and help run and grow your Association. The Board of Directors exists as decision makers on behalf of the hundreds of member-owners of our Community. As part of the Board of Directors, you can help ensure the financial health, create a vision for the future, assure that the condominium principles are being carried out and act as a link between our Association and your Family.

You are an owner of the condo, so why not invest your time in your investment to make it the best it can be?

So, how do you get your name on the ballot?

You can self-nominate. The self nomination period runs from now to 45 days prior to the Election. Fill out our CANDIDATE INFORMATION SHEET  and NOTICE OF INTENT TO RUN. Submit these with your signatures to the Office by December 15th, 2010. Once the ownership status is verified, your name will be added to the ballot.

You must be at least 18 years old, and a member in good standing to be accepted for the Board of Directors.

So be sure that all dues are paid and all contact information is current. We look forward to seeing your name on the Ballot!

You will have to accept their decisions and abide by their rules...
