Re: HOA Issues


Dear Heritage Glen Homeowner,

Springtime is here and we thought it would be a good time to address a few issues that have come up lately:

1. Please park all vehicles in your driveway ?– it?’s a safety issue as well as an aesthetic issue.

2. Please slow down and be aware of the kids running around.

3. If you intend to paint your house, please have your paint colors approved by the architectural committee BEFORE you begin to paint.

4. To make formal complaints to the City of Olathe for Storm water flooding call (913) 971-9511 or email Jbonney@olatheks.org.

5. You may also call: Matt Feyerabend or Rick Biery (Director) at the City of Olathe (Storm / Street Drainage Dept- Public Works) (913) 971-8600. A few neighbors have contacted these people and have had some success.

6. The City of Olathe Websight is Olatheks.org. If you would like to submit a complaint online log on to the sight and go to the Citizen Request System.

7. The board is still working on a condensed version of the HOA deed restriction document for everyone to vote on. Until a new document is voted on we will do our best to ensure that everyone is abiding by the original HOA documents.
