If you are painting your house a different color

If you would like to paint your house a different color than it is currently, you must obtain paint color approval in writing from the architectural committee. Please paint a small section of you house the color you wish to paint then submit in writing a request for paint color approval. Email addresses have been provided however all of them would not fit so please see the section for neighborhood contacts for more Architectural Committee contacts and emails.

PLEASE NOTE: If you choose to paint your house without approval and there is a complaint filed on the color you will be responsible for the charges to repaint the home.
