Many similar neighborhoods' HOA dues are ten times greater or more. Ideally, the listing real estate agent should highlight the neighborhood amenities in the neighborhood such as the playground/park area, fishing pond, walking trails and common area maintenance to name a few. HV residents are getting a bargain in exchange for their very low HOA dues. |
