There will be a stricter enforcement of the association's rules as they pertain to the exterior of individual's lots. Many people have complained about how some neighbors do not keep their property well maintained, which brings down the whole atmosphere of the neighborhood.
Now we will be sending out postcards and fining lot owners on a more aggressive level in the hopes of raising everyone's standards to the levels we know we can and want to achieve.
