2006 HOA Quarterly Dues -- Second Quarter dues ($45) are due April 1, 2006. Further quarterly dues are due July 1, and October 1. A timely payment will help you avoid a $27 late fee per quarter. Payments should be sent to Hidden Lake HOA, PO Box 156, Fairview, TN 37062; or give to Spenser Aden (Treasurer) at 7208 Hidden Lake Drive.

Yard Sale ?– Saturday, April 29th (7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.) ?– a flyer was given to all homeowners about our annual Spring Yard Sale. Ads will be placed in several area newspapers. Contact Mary Spain (799-6018) or Kimberly Wood (799-8913) for more details and balloons.

Don?’t Trash Our Cash ?– Recycling is available behind the Fairview Recreation Center. Items that can be recycled include all paper, glass, aluminum and steel cans, cardboard boxes, and #1 & #2 plastics. It is open seven (7) days a week. Revenue from the recycling centers goes directly to our schools in Fairview. Over the last 3 months, $148 was collected and donated to the Fairview Schools. Grassland area recycling in the same 3-month period collected over $800. Why the big difference ?– because Fairview is not recycling enough. How can you help? Recycle -- even if only aluminum and paper, as it generates the most revenue for our schools.

The Social Committee wants to know whether the HOA should have another pool party this summer. Feedback as to interest should be forwarded to Mary Spain (799-6018) sboo44@bellsouth.net

Odds & Ends (and Springtime Reminders)
?· It?’s past time to take down those Christmas lights ?– so do it!!!
?· Vehicles can be parked in garages, in driveways, and on the street temporarily, but NOT in the yard.
?· Mildew/moss growing on the north side of your house? ?– please clean your vinyl siding
?· Mulch ?– urban legend circulating about mulch from New Orleans and termites ?– but just in case, be aware

The ACC needs another member ?– please consider filling this necessary role in the HOA. And Mary Spain might welcome some help with the Social/Welcoming Committee ?– think about it.
