Quarterly HOA Dues ($45) are due by July 1, 2005. A timely payment will help you avoid a $27.00 late fee. Payments should be send to Hidden Lakes HOA, PO Box 156, Fairview, TN 37062; or give to Spenser Aden (Treasurer) at 7208 Hidden Lake Drive

Pool Party ?– For neighborhood residents at the Fairview Pool (Rec Center), Sunday June 26 between 6 :00 p.m. ?– 8 :00 p.m. BBQ and/or Pizza will be provided and residents are to bring side items & drinks. RSVP by June 19 : Mary Spain (799-6051) or Janie Garza (799-7744)

Web Site ?– Check out the HOA website at www.neighborhoodlink.com (type in 37062). Community links have been added, in addition to the Articles of Inc., Bylaws, and Covenants. There is a place to add a page about your family. If you have a new email address or telephone number, please let the HOA Secretary know

Lawn Care ?– Lord?’s Lawncare & Landscaping (Steve Hunt at 372-4541), who maintains our common areas, is willing to provide discounted lawn cutting for the season if more than one (1) homeowner would want to establish a contract with him ?– the more homes the bigger the discount. He would offer per-cut billing, monthly billing, or estimated cuts per season (equal billing).

Landscaping Liaision ?– The Board is looking for a homeowner that would volunteer to work with Lord?’s Lawncare & Landscaping concerning the common areas and entrance. There is money set aside to improve these areas, so if you have an interest, please contact one of the Executive Committee members.

Dog Owners ?– if you have a dog, clean up their poop if it is not in your yard.

Bylaws, Covenants ?– Proposed changes to these two (2) documents are attached. A Bylaws Committee could be established to consider further changes. If you do not have the Articles of Inc., Bylaws, Covenants, or the Exhibits for Fences and Mailboxes, please contact the HOA Secretary and they will get you a copy. The proposed changes basically address eliminating the [Declarant/Builder] language.
