· Jeff Wood would continue to fill in on the ACC until a new member could be recruited. He would like to get the ACC going.
· Jeff Wood reported that Arita Harber had done some things, but she was not at the meeting to talk about them.
· Bradford Pear Trees -- Jennifer Bell stated that she had talked with Steve Hunt last winter and the cost he quoted was $60 per tree for removal. She said she would contact him again and if the ACC wanted several trees removed, they would have a firm quote. The problem with Bradford Pear trees was discussed – that they split down the middle when they split.
· Aden’s fence had been approved by the ACC.

V. Announcements
· Jeff Wood reported on a company that would pressure clean houses (approximately $100/house) and if several homeowners were interested, a reduced price might be negotiated.
VI. Homeowner’s Forum
VII. Old Business -- Jackie Jackson called the police about the “derelict” truck that was parked on the street, and it was moved.
VIII. New Business
· Sherri Yokley and Ronnie Phillips (Bus/Van Driver) from WAVES attended to discuss a concern raised in a phone call and email to them about their bus/van being in the neighborhood so often. They said they understood the concern after the child-related incident in the neighborhood. They wanted to assure the other homeowners that the van/bus had been in the neighborhood a lot lately because of several maintenance issues with their house, and they also bring the people that mow the lawn at the house (7344 Hidden Lake Circle). Spenser Aden relayed from Jay Rogers what great neighbors the WAVES house was. For those who don’t know, Waves, Inc. is a community non-profit agency serving Williamson County, Tennessee. They provide a broad range of support and services to adults and children with mental retardation and developmental disabilities. Waves Vision is “to provide community-based comprehensive services that will enhance quality of life and a sense of personal value through successful inclusion in community activities. Their diverse and progressive work force encourage individual choice and provide creative support for increasing personal opportunities.” One of their programs is independent/residential living. Currently they operate 10 homes (one of which is in our neighborhood) with live-in or 24/7 support staff, in addition to apartments.
· Those present want something done with the entrance area where the railroad ties are. It was suggested to have a community day with homeowners bringing and planting plants, bushes, etc.
IX. Adjournment – The meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
