Board Meeting
December 14, 2001

Meeting called to order at 7:10 p.m.

Present: Gene Maszy, Al Durant, Al Zamost, Will Platts, and Brenda Miller
Also present was Shawn Gilh, representative from Signature Realty

Reading of minutes of the November, 2001 ?– The reading of the November minutes was waived ?– motion made by Al Zamost, 2nd by Brenda Miller. Motion carries.


Treasury Report:
Treasury Report - the reading of the Treasury Report was waived with a motion made by Al Durant and 2nd by Brenda Miller. Motion carries.


President Report:

Gene Maszy was elected President, Will Platt was elected Vice President and Al Durant will served again as Treasurer. Brenda Miller will serve as Secretary.


President states areas of discussion for the meeting as follows pumps, overnight parking, entrance and new business.

A Traffic Work order will be issued to mark right and left turn lanes at the entrances.

Old Business:

No fishing signs to be put up ?– This needs to be addressed again in the spring.

A motion was made by Al Durant with a 2nd by Al Zamost to change the time that Amenity Island is open in the evenings from 10 p.m. to dusk. NOTE: the signs posted with the times need to be changed to reflect this change.

The pump near the playground is not working.
The pump in the large entrance lake is not working ?– A motion was made to get Partridge Pumps to repair both pumps for $2,700.00. The motion was made by Al Durant with a 2nd by Will Platt.






New Business:

A motion was made to band overnight parking on community property (ie: in areas such as in front of the Amenity Island, etc. ) motion did not carry.

President Maszy states to revisit this issue as well as adding some type of building on the island at a later date.
