HPNA's MISSION (as published 2002)

"The mission of the Highland Park [Neighborhood] Association is to promote friendship among residents; to maintain and improve the property and proper appearance of the community; and to initiate neighborhood programs for solving problems, providing services and promoting social activities" (as found in the 2002 City of Grand Rapids Grand Rapids Neighborhood Association / Organization Directory 2002).
