As a valued member of the H.P.N.A. patrol team, you represent all fellow patrollers and the Highland Park Neighborhood Association. Therefore, your actions, whether good, bad, or indifferent reflect upon the entire Association. As a patroller, you are entrusted by the H.P.N.A. Board of Directors, Patrol Coordinator, Patrol Captains and fellow Patrollers to be an ambassador for the association. This position of responsibility requires the utmost amount of trust, respect, and integrity. Every resident and business owner, whether a member or not, has a vested trust and interest in our ability to maintain the security of our neighborhood. Their trust and confidence in you as a patroller mirror that of the Oklahoma City Police Department. Represent us well and maintain personal safety while patrolling and representing our association.

I most solemnly and sincerely promise that I will do all in my power, to represent the Highland Park Neighborhood Association aka H.P.N.A., with my best intentions. I vow to abide with the bylaws of the Highland Park Neighborhood Association, and all applicable laws and regulations to the best of my ability. I agree and sign this document without any reservations as a testament of my sincerity to represent the Highland Park Neighborhood Association. I understand that any violations may suspend or terminate my privileges as a patroller and possibly my membership with this Association, including criminal litigation.
