Why shouldn't We Question our Existence at Highline Meadows

The Budget does not Add Up-"Cut Cost Now" "Audit the Spending with Checks and Balances"

The Roofs are still Leaking after 10 years- "FIX The Roofs" Now to stop the leaks then start replacement one at a time.

The Board of Directors Added another 250K to the Budget for 2008 without any Roof Replacements in the Budget.

The Board of Directors are over there term limits- "Hold an Election for a new Board"

They asked you for another 250K in Emergency assessments for Deadbeats

We are wasting money and this place is falling apart- "Replace the Management Company" and start to "Beautify Highline Meadows"

The Declaration has been Breached by the Board of Directors

"Follow the guidelines as set forth in the Declaration"

1.Why are our roofs still leaking for several years now and ruining the structure of our buildings! Why have they not been fixed?

2.Why do you have to pay for them again as you will receive a 3-4 MILLIION DOLLAR ASSESSMENT by the current Board of Directors and TMMC?

3.The Board of Directors should have planned the 2nd Roof Replacement since the Lawsuit with Owens Corning in the 80's. It is obvious that the most important decisions by the Board of Directors for Roof Upkeep have been ignored.

4.The current Board of Directors have not followed the guidelines as stated in the Declaration's and then are therefore not providing a benefit to the people of the Highline Meadows Community.

5.Money has been wasted by poor planning and no beautification to our complex. This wasted money is outlined throughout the Budget with no cost cutting considerations and only increases in Dues.

6.The Decaying structures at Highline Meadows resemble the thinking of the Board of Directors who have exceeded their term limits and lost their direction!

7.Asbestos issues have ignored by the Maintenance personal putting our Highline Meadows Community health at risk.

8.Maintenance Personnel are risking injury by not following simple safety laws, established certified procedures and by putting us at risk of being sued.

9.Maintenance personnel on the payroll with our HOA need to become Hired contractors and provide insurance. Contractors need to be certified in the various trades required.

10.Emergency assessments are being imposed on community members for dead beats and insurance premiums. Insurance should have paid for the roofs.

11.Recent annual Budget analysis of 2007 has brought forth some prime questions which required answers by the Board of Directors and TMMC. We should be asking for an Detailed Audit of where our money is really going. We should see that every penny is being spent wisely.

12.TMMC and the Board of Directors has mislead this community by inaccurate Budget and Board of Director minute reporting and not putting the immediate needs of this community first and costing all of us at HIGHLINE MEADOWS more money!

13.We should all be asking for change and accountability at Highline Meadows. We should replace the current Board of Directors and then review our spending,then hire a competent Management company.
