The Holiday Harbour community is governed by a Condominium Association. (In a condo asscociation each member individually owns his unit but maintains a joint ownership in the buildings and grounds.) Our Condo Association is managed by an elected Board of Managers, comprised of homeowners who have volunteered to serve our community. Our Condo Association is responsible for Holiday Harbour's operations and common areas, as well as for creating the CC& Rs (covenants, conditions and restrictions) – the comprehensive policies and rules that homeowners must follow to maintain our community’s curb appeal, quality of life and property values.

Our Condo Association has hired Kenrick Corporation, a professional property management company, to handle day-to-day operations, perform ongoing maintenance, and communicate with residents. In addition, Kenrick Corporation is responsible for executing on all Board decisions and ensuring that all homeowners comply with the policies and rules and adhere to state condominium statutes. Kenrick has been managing Holiday Harbour since 1990. Our current management agreement with Kenrick Corporation is from 11/1/2022 - 10/31/2024.
Sometimes homeowners confuse the roles and responsibilities of our Board of Managers and property management company, especially when it comes to community rule enforcement. Kenrick Corporation does not set any policies or rules pertaining to our community, nor does it determine the penalties for non-compliance. Rather, Kenrick's responsibility is to enforce the community policies and rules made by your Board of Managers on behalf of your Condo Association. If you have concerns about policies or rules, you are invited to contact a board member or attend a monthly board meeting. If you have concerns about day-to-day operations or the enforcement of policies and rules please address your concerns to Kenrick Corporation.
Committees are formed by volunteer members of the community. They are appointed by and report to the board. In a well-run community, important issues are first worked through and refined by committees. The committee makes a recommendation to the board; the board makes the decsion.
