Members present: Jerry Kroninger, David Hatch, Sean Riley, Brenda Simpson.
Not present: Tom Leonard.
The June 19, 2005 Minutes were approved as written.

Architectural Committee: David Hatch presented blue prints from Mark and Tandy Zitkus for an addition to their home which were already approved by Jefferson County. The Board had no objections.

Maintenance Committee: Sean Riley continues to work on designing and constructing the sandwish board.
After more research and discussion, the HHA Board feels the testing of the water quality in the Homestead is adequate using the current method done by Norm Lewis annually.

Treasurer's Report: A copy of the 2nd Quarter Treasurer's Report is available upon request.

Social Committee: Reta Trout has resigned as Social Chairperson due to personal reasons. The Board is looking for someone to fill this position of organizing the three social events of the year: Annual Meeting in March, Picnic in June and Car Show in October. The Annual Car Show is tentatively for Sunday, Oct. 2nd. More information to follow.

Meeting adjourned. The next HHA meeting will be Sept. 25th at 7pm at Brenda Simpson's home (8664 S. Creek Trail).
