There have been several dog attacks in the neighborhood on various pets. It is your responsibility to keep your dogs in your own yard. If you don't, HPD is ticketing owners actively. One homeowner recently received 4 citations for violating this ordinance. Don't hesitate to call HPD if you or your pet is attacked or threatened!
