Mowing Behind Houses/Safety Hazard

Aug 29, 2007

The rains have caused the weeds to grow tall behind the houses. We have received several requests to mow back the area behind the houses. I have contact DL Lawns and he has informed me that several homeowners have created several safety hazards by dumping piles of grass, brush, contractor materials, piles of dog feses, trash and other items over the fences. This will cost the homeowners an additional $100.00 dumping fee that the city requires in addition to his fees. I have asked the HOA to send the bills to the homeowners responsible and call city compliance for citations. Please do not litter.
