On 15 October, 2007 at 0900 hours, Several offices from the city met with James W. 7306 Rustling Brook (HOA President), Terri M 7302 Rustling Brook. Several city departments were present to include representatives from City Managers Office, City Counselmans Office District 8, City Drainage District Engineers, City Maintainance Department and others to advise us that they will be investigating the problem and will let us know within two to three weeks what has been determined. Individuals who have damage have 90 days to file a claim with the city. Pending.
