Illegal Dumping

Someone has dumped fencing and other items in the flood detention pond. Dumping items that deliberatily block the drain from draining will cause flooding in the street. It cost you a $90.00 dumping fee to clean these its up. Please report illegal dumping to the HOA or City for action. These individuals will be billed and fined by the city.
