Detension Pond and Playground Work Contract

I have approved a contract on January 14,2010 to:

1. Clean up the detension pond and playground areas.

2. Mow twelve feet off of the fences facing the playground and 5 acreas 

3. Remove brush from detension pond and playground area.

3. Mow the playground and Detension pond areas.

4. Provide new mulch on the playground and picnic areas. 

5. Haul trash and brush off .

We continue to have a problem with illegal dumping that can block the detension pond drain causing flooding.

Update:The contractor finished the job on January 21, 2010. He hauled off five trailers of brush and trash and hauled in five trailers of mulch for the recreation area.
