2008 Association Information ;
Every Homeowner?—Basic Annual Dues is $50.00, due by March 31th.

Expenses covered:
Annual corporate registration
Association insurance
Clubhouse maintenance ( Utilities, property taxes, etc.)
Landscape management
Playground safety inspections?—performed quarterly
Covenant awareness program?—to maintain property value
Homeowners correspondence?—printing and postage for mailing newsletters
Expenses to improve additional common area land
Socials and refreshments for monthly speakers

The 2008 Board of Directors would like to extend our appreciation for your involvement in the Homeowners Association and invite each homeowner to feel welcome to attend our monthly homeowner meetings.

Monthly meeting each second Monday evening of the month @ 7:00 pm in the Clubhouse.
