Basic Annual Dues $50 per household.
Basic dues are currently voluntary.
Expenses Covered:
Annual corporate registration;
Covenant awareness program;
Homeowner correspondence/news updates;
Association insurance;
Common area expense;
Clubhouse maintenance and expense;
Monthly meeting expense (Utilities);
Neighborhood Watch Program;
Playground safety inspections;
Landscape management;

Total pool membership will be $300 in 2008 with a minimum of 40 homeowners by June.
Huntington Ridge homeowners are encouraged to participate and we suggest that you invite your friends to join in on the payment plan in 2008 by the Referral plan.

(Pool should be opening Memorial Day and closing Labor Day)

Pool members will be notified in May of key fob activation date.
2008 pool agreement must be signed before activation.
