Since these homes were built, there has been considerable turnover of a number of units; and with each new owner, a little of the commitment to the governing principles of our community may be lost. Everyone is urged to read them carefully and to realize that the primary purpose in having these rules is to guarantee the original integrity of our buildings and surroundings. In other words, we've been provided with guidelines that will help us maintain our property values.

Many of the questions, conflicts and problems that arise during the year, often pertain to violations of the basic agreements everyone signed when they purchased their units.

Due to ongoing problems, legal expenses, and the resistance to compliance, the suggestion has been made that we turn the entire area over to a management company to administer the details. Currently, we operate as a nonprofit organization, largely reliant on cooperation, individual commitment to the greater good, and the volunteer activities of officers.
