JEFFERSON CORT CIVIC ASSOCIATION
Meeting Minutes
November 4, 2007
Attendees:

General Meeting: To be held on November 28, 2007 at 7:00 PM. Announcement of meeting to all residents will be available for Board approval this Friday and distribution to all residents by this weekend. To encourage attendance, a reminder flier will be distributed to all residents on Monday November 26th.
Action: Frank and Hank to prepare announcement and coordinate distribution.
Board/Officers: Nominations for all positions will be accepted at next general meeting.
New Subdivision: Bobby presented changes to the new General Ott subdivision layout and restrictions. The original proposal to tie into Jefferson Cort was previously rejected by the Board. If was decided to present the changes at the next general meeting.
Action: Frank to present at general meeting for discussion.
The next Board meeting will be held at 6:00 PM on Sunday November 25, 2007. Location to be determined.
