The Seasons are upon us?…I?’m excited to see the beautiful and creative Holiday decorations which our Homeowners have chosen for this year. This also is a time in which we reflect on the past year and look forward to another year filled with possibilities. The 2003 Board of Directors are currently meeting to summarize activities of the year and eagerly look forward to passing the torch of leadership to a new Board in January 2004!
I would like to remind everyone that serving on the Board is certainly hard word, however, the rewards are many (i.e. ability to affect Association policy, potential for waiver of the following year?’s homeowner?’s dues, networking opportunities, etc.). I am currently writing an Executive Summary of this Board?’s accomplishments and would love to pass the future development of KPHOA to another President. Furthermore, I am happy to say that at least one of the current Board members will continue another term which will assist new Board members wtih the transition.
Many Thanks for allowing me to serve,
Rhonda Moore
