Greetings Neighbors!

I really wish I could share with you some good news regarding our community. Unfortunately, this is not the case. We?’ve got some problems which need to be addressed that will determine the future of Kensington Place Board of Directors, our subdivision and your investment. I invite everyone to come out to the Kensington Place Homeowner?’s Meeting: June 19th @ 7pm prompt. We will have a candid discussion about the future of Kensington Place. We are seeking a quorum for voting purposes that evening.
