The items below were presented at the Mid-Year Homeowners Meeting held on June 24, 2001 at Merrill Gardens. The items are reprinted here for all residents who were not in attendance.

Financial Matters
Kept Within Budget - Absolute Necessities, No Waste
Collection of Past Due Assessments (Over $4,000.00)
Changed bank accounts as interest was not being earned on the Association?’s funds because the minimum balance required was too high ($50,000)
Initiated requirement that at least one Board Member?’s signature is to appear on every check.
