Major Modification - ZONING (Chelsea Street)

Next Tuesday, December 11th - at the BOCC Land Use Hearing the property owner of 7430 E Chelsea Street (Vacant Land) has petitioned the BOCC to reconsider their denial of Modfication to zone this property for a Hindu Temple.  MM 17-1295.  Tentative plans have been submitted and can be found on County's PGM website.  

Several members of the community have objected to this due to lack of infrastucture, traffic, potential flooding, and safety. Your support is needed now.

Please email the BOCC and let them know your objections.    Commissioner Miller is now the Chairman of the BOCC.  He supported us at the last hearing in January.
