Clubhouse Deposit Required

The HOA Board of Directors recently voted to require a $40 Deposit for the Clubhouse Rental. This deposit is for rental ONLY. It must be paid to reserve the clubhouse. This policy has been added due to so many last minute cancellations. Previously there has been no cancellation fee. If a reservation is cancelled 14 days prior to rental then there will be no cancellation fee. All cancellations after 14 days prior to rental will be charged $25. Thank you to all homeowners for cooperation with Clubhouse reservations.
