Household Refuse Pick-up Schedule

UPDATE

Effective MAY 2016, out new pick up day for Normal garbage and  trash, along with Recycles will be Thursdays!!

Yard waste will be collected on Mondays..

Monday's & Thursday's...... Normal everyday garbage and trash.

Monday's......Recyclables. aluminum cans, glass bottles and jars, newspaper (tied in bundles) and mixed paper, narrow-neck plastic containers, steel food and beverage cans.

Wednesday's ......... Is the day to put out yard materials, which include grass, leaves, small brush, and your old Christmas trees!

For large items that do not fall under the above criteria, contact the county's Bulky Trash Pick-up center at 301-952-7600 to schedule a pick-up date.
