Community Watch

Our first meeting to organize the Kirkwood Community Watch program was successful. Sgt. Sigmon from the NHC Crime Prevention Department came and spoke to us about what a Community Watch program is about. We found out that the "Nosy Neighbor" is our best friend. Most Break In's occur during the day when most people are at work. Lock your doors and car doors. Close your garage doors so thieves cannot see or get inside.

We have decided to start the program and are on our way.

What we need to do now: We are obtaining volunteers to be Block Captains. Block Captains will be responsible for getting information from their street for the phone tree.
