Lakefront Property Update

Although it may seem like there hasn?’t been any progress made on the Lakefront property, it couldn?’t be further from the truth!

There is a lot of paperwork involved with both the improvements we plan to make, as well as working with the city for the Mayor?’s Neighborhood Matching Grant Program. We are finalizing the survey for the lot and are in the process of securing the proper permits we need for the improvements.

Now the fun part starts! We are ready to get the lot ready for the decorative fence and then shortly after that, the dock! It is our goal to have them both installed by the end of June (barring any set-backs with the permitting process). That said, now we need all the help we can get.
