I have noticed several fences in the neighborhood with broken pickets or no pickets at all. Many of these yards have dogs (some of them small) that get out all the time. Fix your fence and put your dog inside until you get it done. I am sick and tired of constantly watching for dogs when I am out walking. They could get hurt, stolen or run over. Take care of your animals and your property!!! Show some pride in your neighborhood.
And on another note, to those who do take the time to walk your dogs, pick up their poop. It only takes a minute. That is just nasty when you leave it there.
