Amendments Filed Since 1966

Jan., 1970 - Dues increase to $50.00

Feb., 1973 - Individual assessments may be levied against a Lot or Owner to pay for costs incurred by the Assn. for removal of plant growth and debris

Sep., 1975 - Dues increase to $100.00

Dec., 1975 - Special assessment of $400.00 for lake dredging

Jan., 1979 - Fence restrictions - no fence shall be erected which extends toward the lake system beyond the main dwelling structure with the exception of a fence required in connection with the erection of a swimming pool which first must be approved by the Architectural Committee

Oct., 1979 - Composition roofs allowed

Jan., 1984 - Dues increase to $120.00

Jan., 1992 - Yard signs

Jan., 1993 - Dues increase to $150.00; revisions referring to 2/3 of voting membership instead of total membership

Jan., 1994 - Antenna/satellite dish restriction - no antenna tower or satellite dish shall be erected upon any lot for the purpose in the area of the lot behind the main structure; other erections are subject to approval by the Architectural Committee.

Jan., 1996 - Dues increase to $200.00
