Contractors can advertise and here's how.

The existing contractor book has 26 listings covering 15 different forms of goods and services. We add new listings annually to produce a new book every Spring.

To accomodate demand for increased advertising exposure in Land Of Lakes, we would like to offer ads in the LOL Newsletter. These listings can be clipped out of the newsletter and placed into your current Contractors book.

If you have had a good experience with a tradesperson or vendor, please ask her/him to buy an ad in a newsletter AND/OR the annual contractor book. You already have a relationship with them and they will be more likely to place an ad from your request than from an impersonal request coming from the committee.

We could use a licensed electrician, concrete contractor, plumber available on weekends (when existing plumbing generally fails) and a multi-talented contractor who can execute a variety of skills, particularly on smaller jobs. Can you think of others? Please let us know.

To have an ad in the newsletter is $5 and then to be listed in the book is $25. (For $15 they can be in the October, January and April newsletters.) Have them send the information they want in the ad and a check made out to Land of Lakes Home Owners' Association to:

For those we receive by 10/20, their ads will be in the October newsletter. For those received after 10/20, their ads will be in the January newsletter.

NOTE: All ads and listings MUST have a referral from a Land Of Lakes resident.

$5 - one newsletter (Oct or Jan or Apr)
$15 - three newsletters (Oct, Jan, Apr)
$25 - one newsletter and the spring book
$40 - three newsletters and the spring book
