NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

The Annual Meeting of The Landing at Standley Lake Homeowner Association will be held at 7:00 p.m. on April 4, 2000, at Christ Community Covenant Church at 8151 Simms Street, Arvada, Colorado.

The agenda of this meeting will include the election of the Board of Directors for your Association and such other business as may properly come before the Board.

The Board encourages your attendance at this meeting. It is important that you attend and if you cannot, a proxy is enclosed. Please return the proxy in the enclosed return envelope to assure a quorum for the meeting. Your attendance is vital to the meeting, as 53 homes are required to be represented by proxy or in person in order to conduct business.

There is one Board position available, for a three-year term. If you are interested in running for this position, please contact any Board member or Dee Tyler at Tyler Community Management, Inc.

The guest speakers for the annual meeting are Suzann Glazier, Community Resource Officer with the Arvada Police Department, and Jim Olsen from the Lakecrest Metropolitan District. We hope you will join us to hear these two guests speak about issues concerning our community.
