Neighbor to Neighbor Committee

Purpose and Function

The purpose is to promote cohesiveness and good neighbor relations throughout our neighborhood.

The committes function is to liasion with new and existing homeowners to keep them informed of events, occurrences and needs of the neighborhood. To work to insure that our neighborhood continues to be an appealing and wonderful place to live.

Guidance and Members

This committee is made up of nine members, one from each street in the neighborhood. The committee is the focal point for neighborhood communications such as new homeowners, upcoming events in the community and the needs of local homeowners. The members will be designated as "Street Captains".

The committee will act as a care taking group designed to watch out for the needs of their neighbors and will work with the homeowners association in maintaining a pleasant and safe neighborhood to live. The committee will work through the Homeowners Board of Directors for funding for special events, occasions and needs.
