Please consult the restrictive covenants for complete guidelines regarding what is needed. Please submit any plans to the HOA's management company. They will contact the Architectural Review Board (ARB). The ARB will review the submitted plans and approve or disapprove the planned construction.
Before beginning the construction of any road, driveway, building, fence, wall, or other structure whatsoever, or re modeling, re construction or altering same, the person or persons desiring to erect, construct, or modify the same shall submit to the Architectural Review Board two complete sets of road or driveway plans, showing the locations, course, and width of same and two complete sets of building plans and specifications for the building, fence, wall, or other structure, as is applicable, so desired to be erected, constructed, or modified.
