2. Roll call of Trustees and declaration of a quorum.
3. Review minutes of December 1, 12 & 18, 2008 meetings.
4. Acceptance of 2009 REAP grant(s) presented by OEDA.
5. Citizen’s comments.
6. Consider building permits.
7. Updates/Reports/Recommendations from:
A. Harper County Emergency Management Director
(a) Consider $3,000 for wages.

B. Police Chief

C. Animal Control Officer

D. Library Board

E. Town Superintendent

8. Consider hiring contractor for REAP 118-08 pool concrete and fence project.
9. Motion to enter into executive session as provided in Title 25; Section 307B (1) to interview and consider hiring a police officer.
10. Return to open meeting to take action on hiring a police officer.
11. Approve the notice of election resolution.
12. Consider ordinance to amend compensation of Mayor and Trustees.
13. Consider ordinance to amend compensation of Treasurer and Clerk.
14. Consider purchasing new trash dumpsters.
15. Approve payment of December purchase orders.
16. New business that has arisen since the posting of the agenda.
