General Meeting Minutes-January 16, 2006

Call to order-Suzy- at 6:32

Opening prayer given by Grace Morrow
Minutes of last meeting given by Darlene Stuples
Treasurer's Report given by Suzy Glover with a balance of $1,199.91

New Business

COP Report was given by MO Gerald Nooner, stat reports were handed out, area activity was discussed. COP training will now be held at Vo-Tech in room 127 of the main building.
Officer Nunly spoke and said his goodbyes, he will be moving to Florida.
The fund jar is being brought back.
Group Patrol well be Jan.28th
May basket tickets go on sale this month
Saturday, May 20th was the date selected for the annual picnic.
CCMH ambulance unit was invited back for the picnic.
New projects discussed for 2006 were painting curbs for free or donations.
There is a change in the newletter, it will now be 1 page.
Getting new speakers were dicussed.
KSWO weather is on the schedule for February's meeting.
Yard of the Month went to Mr. and Mrs. David Ellis.
There was no yard of the month for January.
Door Prize went to Marie Strickland.

Speakers

Comanche County Memorial Hospital ambulance unit was present for January's meeting. Eddie Landon and his partner explained duties, such as transport, 911 calls, vials of life, ICE, and gave out relevant phone numbers.
