We saw an interest in sharing recipes in the newsletter. If you have a recipe that you want to see in the newsletter you can mail them to Tiffany or email them to her. Make sure to send name and street with which you live on. The recipe for this newsletter is:

Pumpkin Dump Cake

1 29 oz can pure pumpkin
1 12 oz can evap. milk (Carnation)
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1 box (regular size) yellow cake mix
1 cup chopped pecans
3/4 cup melted margarine or smart balance

Preheat oven to 350o, mix first 8 ingredients until well blended and pour into 9"x13" greased pan.
Sprinkle cake mix on top. then top with pecans. Pour melted margarine over top/
Bake 50 mins. Top with whipped cream.
