HOW WOULD YOU SPEND $10,000 TO IMPROVE LINCOLN TERRACE?

Oklahoma Neighborhood Services Department is offering grants to neighborhood associations for up to $10,000. The grant is to be used for a physical improvement project or a public safety enhancement project. It is a matching grant which recognizes volunteer services and in-kind donations. The grant may be used for the implementation and completion of a project, but not for maintenance. A plan for maintenance must be included in the application which is due September 10th.

We need your ideas for a suitable project. Do we need a sprinkler system on the Lindsay median? Signs designating Lincoln Terrace a neighborhood watch area? Improvements to Nichols Park? Improvements on the median? Bring your ideas to the general meeting July 23rd. We need to get started right away!
