TO ALL OWNERS AND RESIDENTS:
Please watch out for two (2) new street lights to be installed by Duke Power, (some time before December 26th) near the entrance of Loma Linda on Loma Bonita Drive.
They will replace the existing 100 W Sodium Vapor (yellow) with 100 W LED (white) Lights. They will use much less energy, and will have a much brighter down-directed light pattern.
These are EXAMPLES of what ALL of our 55 street lights will look like in the future, and our homeowner assesment fees will NOT increase due to these lights.
