What is the earliest acceptable time to run a lawnmower in this community.  I get awoken EVERY Thursday at 7AM or earlier by my neighbor's lawn service coming around with their riding mower and weedeater.  I wake up every day for work at 8AM, so I'm losing an hour of sleep on these days.

It has been my experience that most contractors wait until after 8 am. My suggestion is to get the contractors name and number and let us know and we will help you encourage them to start later in the morning..
