Recent State of Florida House Bills passed or proposed create new requirements for HOAs in Florida. Some of the highlights:
> Board Members may be required to complete a certification course and continuous training.
> An HOA Website with official records must be maintained. Association funds will be restricted from be used by Debit Cards.
> HOAs will be required to provide all Owners a copy of the Rules and Regulations by US mail and E mail.
Many of the Legislation initiatives are already part of the Loma Linda established procedures and requirements of operation. All upcoming Statutory Updates will be reviewed by the Board and impliment when it is required or appropriate.
