STOP Sign and Speed Violators
Some drivers are routinely and flagrantly disobeying the STOP sign in the community and/or speeding through the neighborhood. Remember homeowners are responsible for the conduct of themselves ?– as well as their visitors/guests. We have many children who enjoy playing outside Please take your time and be on the lookout when driving through the neighborhood.

TRASH
Since our neighborhood is surrounded by open space we can get high crosswinds at times. If you are only using plastic bags for your trash, this increases the debris being blown around. Please pick up any trash or debris scattered from your trash bag/cans. On the windy days most trash cans end up all over the roads and yards, if you write your house number on both the can and lid it makes it easier for someone to return them to you.
