Lost Oaks Subdivision

Architectural Control Committee

Feb 04, 2001

Thinking about any exterior changes, upgrades, or renovations on your lot or house? Don't forget to contact the Architectural Control Committee before actually starting any work or spending money. According to the deed restrictions: "No building or other structure shall be erected , placed, or altered on any lot until the construction and specifications therefore and a plot plan showing the location of the structure thereon have been approved by the architectural Control Committee..." It is always better to resolve any potential conflicts with the deed restrictions before beginning any labor, signing any contracts, or expending money. The committee is here to minimize any unexpected unforeseen conflicts. We want to work with all residents to maintain Lost Oaks property values and ambiance. Contact me at 558-6235 or any member of the Board if you have any questions regarding the Architectural Control Committee.
